RESET PASSWORD
How can I reset my PIN/password?

If you should accidentally lock yourself out, you now have the ability to re-set your own password. However, you must have set up your personal question and personal answer after a successful log on. This is done on the "Personal Options" tab.

Please remember that the answer is cap sensitive and space sensitive. The answer must be typed exactly as you input the correct answer when you set up this option.

After the above steps are taken, you can then reset your own password should you ever get locked out.

If you enter your password incorrectly, you will see a button on the right hand side of the page that says "Reset Password".

When this option is set, you must enter your 12 digit NetTeller User ID or the personal alias you have selected. When it prompts you for your e-mail address, it must match the e-mail address we currently have on file for you or it will not work.

You also will be asked to input a subject. This is done to prevent phishing which is a very common scam that is occurring right now. Please remember, WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD and you should never give this information to anyone. You should input a subject line that will make sense to you and will ensure that this e-mail is the one you have requested from us. We do not recommend a subject line of "Password". It should be a subject that you would recognize and something unique.

Once this information is received, we will e-mail you with the subject line that you specified above telling you your password has been reset with a link that is good for 2 hours which will complete the password reset process. All passwords will be reset to the original password assigned when you first signed up for NetTeller Online Banking.

Follow the link and complete the instructions and your password will automatically be reset. Remember your password reset answer is cap and case sensitive.

If you need any help in completing the process, please do not hesitate to call us at (937)833-2111.
